We are apparel industry operators turned software builders.

ProdActive was built by people who know apparel production from the inside.

For decades, our team has worked at the heart of garment manufacturing — managing factories, scaling operations, solving daily production bottlenecks, and seeing firsthand how much profitability is lost when production lines rely on intuition instead of real-time action. That experience led us to create ProdActive: an AI-enabled platform designed to help apparel manufacturers improve productivity, reduce idle time, and run more balanced, profitable operations.

Our roots are in real manufacturing. The founding team brings deep experience across apparel production, factory operations, and software development. We’ve built the biggest women's garment manufacturer in Bulgaria with 1000+ employees.

We didn’t create ProdActive as a theoretical software idea. We built it to solve a problem we had lived ourselves: production inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and imbalance across lines and units. The platform was originally developed for us, delivering major improvements in productivity, profitability, and idle-time reduction. Today, we are bringing that operational experience to manufacturers looking for measurable gains within months, not years.
